Dongguan Changdong Tool and Die Co., LTD. was established in Nov 2012 in Shenzhen City, specilizing in metal stamping die design and manufacture, also the production of stamping parts.

In the end of 2015, Changdong moved to Dongguan City, primarily for business expansion. The new factory covers an area of over 4000 square meter,ordered many advanced facilities such as Taiwan 3M CNC Machining Center, Taiwan 800T pneumatic press.

In the early days Changdong mainly manufactured stamping dies for car cable connectors and brackets and other small parts. After years of technological study and management experience, Changdong is now totally capable of making stamping dies for various medium and some large automotive parts.

Form CAE Simulation, 3D layout design, tool structure design and machining, tryout and mass production, all of these operations are carried out within our Changdong company.

Changdong is skilled in manufacturing both progressive dies,transfer dies and single stage dies up to 4 Meters in length, mainly for automotive parts and home appliances.

The company has about 80 employees, among them there are 13 experienced engineers. The company is fully equipped with 6 wire cutters, 7 CNC machining centers and 8 stamping presses (max 800T).

The company has established long-term cooperation with Magna, Marelli, Federal Mogul, Leoni, Cummins, Aikawa, Atlas and other well-known companies. Products are exported to more than 10 countries in Europe & America. From the CAE simulation, 3D layout and tool structure design to machining, tool assembly, tool tryout and mass production, all of these operations are completed in-house at Changdong.
