Changdong is supported by a team of more than 80 employees across engineering, project management, purchasing, machining, die assembly, stamping production, quality control, finance, and human resources.

Changdong is led by General Manager George, who graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Hunan Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
With more than 30 years of experience in the stamping industry, George provides technical direction for stamping die development, manufacturing planning, project execution, and long-term company growth.
Changdong also has 13 senior die design engineers skilled in CATIA, AutoForm, Dynaform, VISI, and related CAD software. The engineering team supports CAE analysis, stamping process planning, 3D die design, strip layout development, tooling feasibility review, and die correction feedback.

Changdong's organizational structure includes marketing, engineering, purchasing, project management, quality control, machining, finance, and human resources.
In the workshop, our manufacturing teams cover die assembly, conventional machining, CNC machining, wire cutting, production planning, warehouse control, stamping production, secondary processing, and packaging. The quality team includes QC and tool validation personnel to support part inspection, tryout feedback, and final confirmation.
This structure helps customer requirements move clearly from inquiry and technical review to manufacturing, inspection, delivery, and long-term project support.
