- Our engineering team supports stamping process review, CAE simulation, die layout planning, and die structure design for progressive dies, transfer dies, tandem dies, single stage dies, and custom stamping tools.
Stamping Tool Machining
- Changdong uses CNC machining, wire EDM, grinding, drilling, and tapping equipment to manufacture die plates, inserts, punches, cavities, and precision tooling components for stamping dies up to 4 meters. Our machining capability includes WEDM accuracy up to 0.01 mm, CNC machining accuracy of 0.02 mm for 2D features and 0.05 mm for 3D surfaces, and grinding accuracy up to 0.005 mm.
Stamping Tool Tryout
- We perform die assembly, T0/T1 tryout, sample inspection, die correction, and final validation. Our press capacity from 45T to 800T supports trial and validation for different tooling sizes.
Metal Stamping Services
- With stamping presses, 3-in-1 coil feeder, and in-house tooling support, Changdong provides sample stamping, mass production, and custom stamped metal parts based on customer drawings. The coil feeding system supports material width up to 1.3 m and material thickness up to 6.5 mm.
