Visual Inspection
Visual inspection primarily checks for surface defects on the stamped parts, such as scratches, cracks, or deformation. This can be performed via direct visual observation or with the aid of tools like a magnifying glass.
Dimensional Inspection
Measuring tools are used to verify the dimensions of the stamped parts and ensure they meet design specifications. Dimensional inspection includes measurements of length, width, thickness, hole diameter, and other parameters.
Performance Testing
The performance of the stamped parts is tested according to product requirements. For example, electronic stamped parts require testing for properties such as electrical conductivity and insulation, while mechanical stamped parts require testing for strength, hardness, and similar characteristics.
